       David A. Dye, Esq.

David A. Dye is a 1985 graduate of the Ohio State University College of Law. For more than 25 years, David has effectively represented clients in general business matters, with an emphasis on zoning and land use law, and developmental and transactional real estate. For the past 15 years David’s practice has focused more specifically on community association law. His diverse experience in association law ranges from the drafting of deed restrictions, condominium declarations, and the formative documents for homeowners’ and condominium unit owners’ associations, to representing community associations in their day-to-day business operations (including representing community associations in the Courts of Ohio to protect their legal rights). David is the owner and chief operating officer of Omni Community Association Managers, which manages over one hundred residential communities consisting of over 25,000 residential lots/units. Mr. Dye offers legal services to community associations throughout Ohio, and collaborates with outside legal counsel to assist associations in Kentucky and Indiana.
